Shipping policy

Ready-stock products are normally dispatched within approximately 2–3 business days after the order is accepted. Products that need to be made to order generally require approximately 3–4 weeks before dispatch. Customised, altered, or heavily embroidered pieces may take longer. Any different timeline shown on the product page or agreed with the customer will apply to that item.

Shipping within India is free. Domestic delivery usually takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

International shipping is available to selected countries for an additional charge. Availability, payment, and the shipping charge must be confirmed at checkout or with Label Kiash before the order is accepted. International delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch, but customs processing and local-carrier delays may extend this estimate.

International orders are shipped duties unpaid unless Label Kiash expressly confirms otherwise in writing. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and other destination-country fees. If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because these amounts are not paid, the recipient is also responsible for storage, return-to-sender, and re-delivery charges. Where lawful, these costs may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable after the item is safely returned to Label Kiash.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Label Kiash is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruption, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with available tracking and carrier enquiries.
