1. About these terms

This website is operated by Kiash hand embroidery from E-2/201, Gate Number 1, CISF Layout, Doddenakundi Main Road, Karthik Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560037, India. In these terms, “Label Kiash”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kiash hand embroidery. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the website.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or place the order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other customers, commit fraud, or use the website or its content for an unlawful purpose.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Handmade work can include minor variations in embroidery, placement, texture, dimensions, and finish. Colours may vary between screens and dye lots. These characteristics are not necessarily defects. Product availability, materials, and production timelines may change before an order is accepted.

4. Made-to-order and customised products

Customers must check all approved colours, measurements, blouse or stitching instructions, and other customisation details. Work may begin after payment and approval of the relevant details. Once work has started or materials have been committed, made-to-order, customised, altered, and stitched products cannot be cancelled or returned except where they are incorrect, damaged, materially defective, or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed at checkout or stated in the invoice where required. International customers may incur currency conversion or card-issuer fees that are not charged by Label Kiash.

Payment is subject to authorisation by the selected payment provider. An order acknowledgement does not require us to accept an order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable materials, pricing or description errors, failed payment checks, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an inability to fulfil an agreed customisation. Amounts collected for an order we cancel will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and international orders

Dispatch and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. International recipients are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local charges unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation requests, eligible claims, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its text, photographs, videos, designs, logos, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Label Kiash. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

Payments, delivery, analytics, social media, and other features may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect obligations that applicable law places on Label Kiash.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Label Kiash is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a delay outside our reasonable control. Our liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction provided by law, disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

12. Changes and contact
